Luv 2 Play Response- COVID-19
To All Our Luv 2 Play Family,
It is important to stay optimistic, but also realistic about the future. We anticipate that it will be a long time (if-ever) before the playground landscape looks the way it used to.
Adaptation has always been the key to survival in any crisis, and if you are a small organization this is easier for you, so maximize your strengths. What you lack in resources you can make up for in agility. If you are bigger and traditionally have many layers of approval to push decisions through, consider even a temporary restructure that allows you to be swift and use your resources to get creative.
In adversity there is always an opportunity, to learn, to grow, and to do things differently. Here in Luv 2 Play, we know that the indoor playground activity and food service scene is going to look very different when the dust settles.
If we make it through this (and we will), while there will be less competition in the market, our guests will also have less expendable cash. We need to consider what the ‘new normal’ will look like and how we can best cater to this new face of guests. We have prepared some supplemental information for you to use as we transition back to our new norm including Employer Guidance, Reopening and Cleaning Check Lists as well as some other useful information. We realize there is a lot that remains uncertain at this point, and things are evolving daily, so we suggest that you also consult your local health department websites and CDC websites for updates.
Please feel free to contact Luv 2 Play Corporate with any questions, concerns, or comments you have. We know each location will have its own local and individual situations and welcome you to contact us if we can provide any further assistance and guidance to you.
Thank you,

Hello to all Luv 2 Play Franchisees,
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is TL Miller, I work with our corporate team at Luv 2 Play. Most of you know Sophia Tellez, our Director of Franchise, Sophia has begun research on the following information you will need if you decide to apply for Emergency Funding due to the COVID-19 Virus.
Moving forward, I will be your point of contact if you have any questions regarding County and Federal Assistance Programs and FEMA Assistance Disaster updates. I have included the weblinks below to get you started and keep you updated as new information becomes available. We’ve noticed that the FEMA website is not currently up to date, but I’m sure it will be updated in the next few days, I will be viewing the FEMA website daily for any new alerts.
We will continue to update our closed corporate website with this information, check the COVID-19 tab for updates. I can be reached at tl@luv2play.com.
Also, please contact your local Utility providers to inquire if they are offering any disaster assistance discounts to reduce your financial overhead.

As the recent reports of coronavirus (COVID-19) within the US has emerged, all of us at Luv 2 Play have been working hard to ensure we continue to provide a clean, safe, and fun place to bring your kids. We understand that you may be rethinking your plans to visit places, including your local Luv 2 Play. We wanted to share with you what we have been doing in response to the coronavirus.

How do we keep our facility clean?
We have increased the frequency of sanitizing our play equipment, eating area, party rooms, bathrooms, door knobs, etc.
Floors are mopped daily. Floor runners are swapped out twice a week. Ball pits are sanitized daily and balls are cleaned regularly.

What to do when you visit?
We continue to have hand sanitizing stations around all facilities. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering the facility.
If you have any concerns during your visit regarding cleanliness, speak to a staff member immediately. We take all concerns seriously.
We ask that if you or your child feels sick please come visit when you are better. Additionally, any individual exhibiting signs of sickness will be turned away, out of respect for other customers.

As more info around the virus emerges, we will continue to adjust our practices to reassure our guests that Luv 2 Play is safe to visit.
