Membership Suspension vs Cancellation

With the tremendous success the membership program has been, there are always ways to improve processes. One of the items we have been working with Aluvii on is to have the user (you) be able to suspend the account.

Until we get this to be available, you will need to forward your suspension request to Robert at Aluvii. He will work behind the scenes to get this set up.

Suspensions will be your key engagement as school starts back up. Be proactive with your approach. If you get a request and they say in their comments that it is due to something temporary or seasonal, sending an email explaining the suspension will save some of these.

Part of your approach over the next few weeks is to express this when you sell one. Explaining they can just freeze their account gives the customer another perk!
