Can I tell you a story? Our first membership in Luv 2 Play San Jose was Omri. He is 3. His grandmother came in on our opening day, with a little kiddo who just luved the colors of the playground. In fact, Omri was so excited when he got inside he leaped for joy.


A conversation became a story and that story has a name, Omri.

The 8, 3 and 1 is ALL about engaging your guests, your staff and the people you come in contact with.

Simply, if you can have 8 conversations a day, produce 3 stories from those conversations and remember 1 name a day, your business will THRIVE.


Challenge your self, and hold each of you accountable with this simple formula for lasting engagement.

When a guest feels WANTED, they TALK more. They feel GOOD. This can lead to person to person marketing that no amount of money can BUY.


Make a game of it, incentivize your staff to get the ball rolling, and watch the reviews pop up on social media feeds.
